Our Story

During the devastating bushfires in Australia in 2019, I watched in disbelief as the land I love burned, forests turned to ash, and the homes of countless animals were destroyed. I was living in New South Wales at the time, and what I witnessed left a deep mark on me.

One video in particular has stayed with me ever since. A cyclist came across a koala on the side of the road, its feet scorched, its body dehydrated. As he gently carried her to safety, the koala looked up at him. In her eyes was something I’ll never forget: a quiet, confused expression that seemed to ask, “Why is my home on fire?”

That moment changed something in me. I donated to a wildlife hospital and digitally adopted a koala in recovery. But over time, I realised I wanted to do more than just respond to crisis.
I wanted to help prevent it. I began advocating for our planet, speaking out about climate change and the need to protect vulnerable ecosystems.

Years later, that same commitment led me to create KoalaKind a brand built around sustainable choices. Everything we offer is designed to be kind to the earth while bringing comfort into your everyday life.

Because I believe we can live well without costing the planet. That kindness in all its forms, is worth building a business around.
